When you submit a contact form on this site it triggers an email sent to myself, so your details are then stored within my Google email account which may be synchronised to my laptop, desktop and mobile devices.
I use this information solely to respond to your enquiries. I may on occasion copy in colleagues if their input or support is needed to respond to your enquiry.
Your data is not shared with anyone else, unless you explicitly request that I do so.
reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics
To ensure the security of my site and improve user experience, I use Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics:
- reCAPTCHA helps prevent spam and abuse on the contact form.
- Google Analytics tracks basic site usage data (such as pages visited, time on site, etc.) to help me understand how visitors interact with the website.
Google Analytics collects anonymous data, and no personally identifiable information is collected or stored.
Credit and debit card payments
This site has an integration with the Stripe payment processor to facilitate card payments. No card information is stored on this site and I do not have visibility of the full card details at any time, all data is processed by Stripe directly on their platform.
Stripe and its service providers use and store personal data including cardholder PANs, contact information, and transaction history to authenticate cardholders using one time passcodes and knowledge of past transactions.
